Subscription Refund Policy:

  • Monthly Subscriptions:

    • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and receive a full refund for that month's payment if the request is made within 30 days of the payment date.
  • Annual Subscriptions:

    • You can receive a full refund for the annual subscription if the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • After the 30-day period, you can cancel your annual subscription and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months.
  • One-Time Payments:

    • One-time payments for design assets or services are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 30 days of the payment date.
    • After the 30-day period, one-time payments are non-refundable.

  • You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as the email used to make the purchase, order number, and details of your transaction.

  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • You can expect a response from our team within 24 hours.

  • Once processed, the refund will reflect on your payment method statement within 5-7 business days.

  • Design assets that have been downloaded or used
